Our History

Matchboxx Kalverra Communications was started in 2007 by college-bound students Josh Edgar and Shane Rose. When we first began, MKC was simply a network consisting of a web hosting service, a video game reviews site, and even an online chess game.

Today, our company has more than tripled in size, and we offer a full spectrum of computer and Internet-related services to the local West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania areas. In the past three years, we've expanded our service coverage area and have been joined by several new team members who posess the talent and professionalism to satisfy your individual or corporation's needs.

Meet the MKC Team

		JOSH EDGAR is one of the co-founders of MKC and has been working with computers since 2004. He has completed two years in the Cisco Networking Academy and will be attending Wheeling Jesuit University in Fall 2010.

		SHANE ROSE, a co-founder of MKC, began practicing web design in 2007. He has completed one year in the Cisco Networking Academy, and plans to attend Wheeling Jesuit University in Fall 2011.

		2ND LT. JOEL LYONS is enlisted in the United States Air Force Auxiliary and has been working with computer hardware since 2007. He has finished two years in the Cisco Networking Academy, and is training for CompTIA A+/Security+ certifications at Blue Ridge CTC.

		MICHAEL CONNOLLY began working with Cisco equipment at his home in 2006, and has completed two years in the Cisco Networking Academy. He is also fluent in Java and C++, and plans to attend Marshall University in Fall 2010.

		KAVIN CHHOEUT is a talented graphic designer and has completed one year in the Graphic Design course at James Rumsey Technical Institute. He plans to attend Shepherd University in Fall 2010.

		AUSTIN BRIDGE is a talented graphic designer from Hedgesville, WV. He is beginning his second year in the Graphic Design course at James Rumsey Technical Institute, and is also launching his own Christian clothing line, "Red Letter Clothing."

		ANDY FAVRE resides in Minnesota, is a creative, professional web designer. He is training for CompTIA A+ certification, and plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
